This meeting was held in two parts, the swearing in of the elected officials and then, after a closed executive session, the personnel appointments were announced.

As it is my policy to provide gavel-to-gavel unedited coverage, and there was a delay in the arrival of the judge for the swearing in, there was a period in which there was little discussion and no decisions made in the first video.

Once sworn in, the Board went into a closed Executive Session.  They came back to announce the personnel appointments.
