This was the first sheltering-in meeting, right after the NY Governor mandated that no more than 10 people could assemble at one place at one time. Small towns, along with the rest of the economy, had to be resourceful. Supervisor Darrah Cloud chose to use Facebook Live to record the meeting. It is in 2 parts separated by an executive session.
