I’ve filmed this parade many times, trying to make each parade unique. So this year I went to the High School parking lot while the parade was being assembled and joined our Town Clerk, Judy Harpp, for a ride on the Pine Plains Highway Department float.  You could not get any better view of Pine Plains than being with Judy!
